Our basement suite is a welcoming blend of the old and the new. Stretch out in the king size bed, get some work done at the vintage desk or cook a meal in the retro inspired kitchen. The unit is in our basement so it usually stays a little cooler and has great light cancelling at night (with plenty of bright lights included for the day!). Covered parking is available in our fenced in backyard.

Our house is located in a neighborhood that is known for it's tree lined streets and ample lots. We are close to downtown and a quick zip towards Franklin and Nashville's surrounding neighborhoods.
