I have been traveling for 4yrs (mostly in Tucson) and this was one of my favorite rentals! It is small but was the perfect amt of space for me (plus it still has an in unit W/D?! Amazing.) Highlights: -proximity to both Main & South Banner campuses (if you travel there you'll likely float to both) -proximity to Spouts (my fav grocery store), walking distance to Whole Foods -2 blocks from Speedway and a few blocks from Grant (the two main roads in Tucson) -large parking area -outdoor patio -possibilty for on-site storage area -everything was updated & brand new -queen-sized bed easily folds up to make a living room space (so convenient I'm planning to get one at my own house) It had the basics- sheets/linens/dishes/cookware/etc. but also cleaning supplies, an umbrella, anything you could think of and K even brought over a plant on my first day there! I honestly can't recommend this place enough. K is just such a genuine, responsive and sweet person! You won't regret it.

Great place to call home away from home. Owners were very accommodating, attentive and great to work with.
