My stay was short one month but it was so convenient being down the road from my assignment. The market is next door and the building is right off Main street close to a lot of shops. The owner made check in / check out very easy. You have a small kitchen but the gas stove makes up for it. The laundry on site is great so you don't have to go to the washateria. The parking is often plowed during the winter. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed. Housing is tight in this area so this was a gem to find available.
