Do not rent from this person for work, she did a bait & switch. We paid for the home pictured & after we paid we got the address to a horrible alley apartment. Not what we requested. It was dirty & smelled like sewage. We had no choice to stay since she already had all our money and she still has not refunded our deposit. We moved as soon as our month was done.

I am sorry that this tenant felt like I scammed them but that is NOT the case! They contacted me about my listing called Victorian Charmer which rents for $1500/month and has 1 bdrm. I responded the only unit available was my Cozy Cottage and gave a full description explaining that it was a 2 bdrm cottage and rent was $1800. They sent me the deposit and first month's rent prior to moving in so I expected they must have viewed the Cozy Cottage listing and liked it. Our rental agreement requires 30 days notice and they were expected to stay for 3 months. Instead, they moved out without notice after only one month. During their stay they never questioned any of the differences between what they thought they had rented vs what I had told them was my only available unit. It's strange that they never questioned the increased rent, the extra bdrm, different furnishings, etc. They also never complained about any odor problem. There's no odor problem and new tenant is happy there.

This is a great little place to stay. Conveniently located and had everything I needed. Very helpful and responsive host. I would stay here again.
