Freshly Remodeled 1BD/1BA With Office in Perfect Location

This apartment is newly renovated, modern and meticulous, and full of every amenity you need for a comfortable stay regardless of length. The landlord thought of everything - the kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils, appliances, and initial supplies and has tons of storage. The bedroom and living room are cozy and comfortable and stylishly decorated. The living room is spacious enough for relaxing and has a sofa that converts to a bed. There is also an office that is perfect for work at home. The landlord has thought of everything and included recommendations to Rochester favorites! He is responsive, thoughtful and considerate and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Dont pass this property up!

This was such a peaceful, clean, modern space. I moved out of another airbnb to stay here because I was having bad experiences & I am so happy I did! The space is private, large & newly renovated. It has a living room with a pull out couch, TV/roku/wifi set up, full service kitchen, office/dining room, full bath, and bedroom with walk in closet - and PLENTY of storage space. I had absolutely everything I needed from cleaning supplies to kitchen utensils, I didn't need to buy a single thing. The space has a lot of functionality. My favorite things were the essential oil diffusers, the coffee table that extends open, the airfryer, the calendar/office desk, the cute clock that is also an alarm, and the numerous closets/storage space/shelves.The owner is very accommodating and thoughtful. You can tell he put a lot of effort into the space. It also comes with a house binder with house rules and LOTS of restaurant recommendations/menus nearby. He was so responsive & kind. 100% RECOMMEND!!
