Property was clean, and very nice, the pool was amazing especially with the South Carolina heat! would defiantly recommend!

This landlord is being evicted for nonpayment &I was getting multiple eviction notices during my time there. internet was constantly being shut off d/t nonpayment.My debit card was used 2 purchase online &he was the only one with my info.I canceled my extension d/t getting eviction notices constantly &he still tried 2 debit my account although I had to cancel my debit card due 2 above.apartment was filthy w/ dead roaches when I moved in,I still paid cleaning fee when I vacated.3 days before move out date he shut AC off with temps of 90 so unable 2 fix carpet& I get bad review?

We have been housing traveling nurses around the nation for meny years. and we have had some great clients. unfortunately this was not one of them. she canceled her payment form, and as you can see from her review her animals destroyed the carpet in the apartment. she always paid late hence her getting eviction notices from us, and as for the AC, its a big apartment complex. I do not have access to the AC units or the knowledge on how to turn it off. that would also be illegal. this review is a retaliation to the poor review she received from us.
