    I prefer to rent to a female, over the age of 25. I am a semi-retired professional, and empty - nester. I have two grown children and 2 young grandchildren that I see fairly often. During the week I work part-time at a Senior Center . I like to go out to dinner and movies, follow the news and politics and visit friends regularly. I try to cook healthy, excercise a bit and use a stationary bike while watching tv. The house is clean and pretty neat, but still cozy and comfortable. I am quiet but friendly and enjoy having someone else around, even if they're busy doing their own thing.
