Hermosa Casita

This is a new property so the kitchen and bathroom all look and function beautifully. However, this property has been a let down. First, and most important, is the location. It is located in an unsafe neighborhood without any security measures (aside from the lock on the door). When I told my coworkers where I was staying, they told me to be careful because I was "in the ghetto." I am a tall man so I felt safe enough to stay, but single females or families should be aware. Next, the property lists "Washer and Dryer" as utilities but no washer or dryer was ever installed despite inquiring to the landlord. The next disappointment was that the second "Bedroom" was a single futon without so much as a night stand. Lastly, the landlord promised me a written contract so that the agreement would be legally binding; however, she never provided a contract, and therefore I could not seek legal resolution when she kept the majority of my deposit for mild damages to her futon. Unfortunate.
