Santa Barbara Guest Suite

I had an excellent stay at Kathy's beautiful studio. I loved sitting in the sun on the patio and was able to work effectively from the provided desk. It's clean, gets great light, and has room for plenty of belongings. And it was so quiet at night -- I could hear owls, and I slept so well! Kathy was a delightful neighbor and I so enjoyed sharing space with her in passing. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I recently stayed at this studio rental and couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. It has a quiet atmosphere, safe, great location, with comfort and cleanliness. Kathy is a great host who is an attentive to make sure you have the best possible stay. Her pricing and deposit fee is very reasonable compared to other rentals. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I didn't have any issues finding parking. K is super nice and a wonderful person to rent from. Very attentive if I had any questions or needed anything. The studio is really nice and comfortable. The price of the rent and the security deposit are very reasonable compared to other places where the amount for a security deposit is outrageous. I highly recommend this place! If given another opportunity to work in Santa Barbara again, I would definitely rent from K again!

I stayed at this lovely guest suite for several months as a travel nurse. When traveling alone, you have to worry about your surroundings, this location was so safe and carefree. Could not ask for a better situation. Not only was it reasonably priced for Santa Barbara also near everything. I love to sit outside and watch the birds and squirrels in the wonderful backyard setting which was very very private. Host very helpful and considerate. Already planning to return.:)

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this guest suite. We loved the calmness of the area, and the lovely garden outlook. The suite itself if very comfortable, with everything you need. The host was very welcoming and ensured we had all that we needed. The bed was very comfy, and we liked the roomy bathroom and walk in shower. I would highly recommend this space, and will definitely stay again next time I am in the area.

This property was such a great and convenient place to stay. It's only 5 minutes from the main city hospital. Great for travel nurses looking for temporary place to rent. The rent is very competitive compared to the other properties around. The property itself is very cozy, clean, with a king size bed, and comes with everything you need to be comfortable. It's about 10 minute drive from the beach/downtown Santa Barbara area. Santa Barbara is a beautiful city and this is a very good, safe area to stay. K, the landlord is the sweetest! She makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. She is very considerate of your work schedule and makes sure you get all your mail/packages on time. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in this property, couldn't have asked for a better place/landlord.

This was the best furnished finder I have ever stayed in. The room was very spacious and clean, included a very comfortable king size bed with exquisite bedding, and a private entrance through the back of the house looking out over the beautiful back yard. The only sounds I ever heard were from the birds and squirrels playing outside. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk-in shower and very soft towels. Kathy was so friendly and easy to rent from and made the overall experience so pleasant. I wished I didnt have to leave when I did, it felt like home!
