Let me start with saying that the property owners make the experience seamless. They are attentive and extremely accommodating. It was the little things they did that made the difference. A welcome bottle of wine. Reusable grocery bags. The home is so cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is a dream come true. There is a pot and pan for everything you could want to cook. Everything was clearly designed with tenant's having a true home away from home. Nice size closets and a huge dresser made storage easy. The outdoor area is the best. We played cards and listened to music daily while the weather was nice. High speed internet made streaming movies in the cozy living area easy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We parked one car in the gated area and one on the street and never experienced any problems. 10/10 if you're looking for a nice home in a quiet area with amazing landlords!

Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment! Perfectly appointed with everything I needed. C was a fantastic host and made the apartment warm and cozy! There was not a single detail missed, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! C decorates with style and elegant taste - I felt at-home the moment I walked in! The kitchen had all the usual items, and the appliances all seemed pretty new. However, I don't cook very much, so I was happy there are also tons of restaurants within a mile or two. I enjoyed the 2nd small "bedroom" which was arranged nicely as a small separate office adjacent to the living room. It was a great place to settle for an afternoon of charts and other paperwork... or some occasional internet shopping! :-) My pups enjoyed the large fenced-in backyard! If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here if available!
