Just do it!! You will not regret the decision!! David is efficient, prompt, and an upstanding landlord! When we had a few issues arise, David was prompt with responding and making sure things were fixed immediately! Will definitely reach back in the future for either this property or one of his other properties. He cares about making sure his tenants are happy and comfortable. The kitchen is phenomenal! If you love to cook, it is definitely a huge bonus! There is a separate prep area with a prep sink, my dad and I had enough room to cook together with comfort. Plus got to enjoy the football games while cooking, there is a TV in the kitchen area!! The beds are comfortable! There are multiple linen options and pillow options for your comfort, which was a huge bonus for us! The viewing deck upstairs out of the master room was most likely our favorite place to be. The views are breath taking; the Fountain, sunsets, sunrises, and the horizon is something to definitely experience and cherish while staying here. Thank you David for all that you did for our family and for sharing your beautiful property with others to experience. BONUS! There is a counter top pellet ice maker and delicious citrus trees!!
