It has a great deck and gazebo that surrounds the pool. The pool is closed from October thru April. The pool and deck and fireplace are not shared with anyone else.. There is a Bocca ball court /putting green under lights in the backyard. The tv is 65 inches in the living room and 55 inches in the master bedroom.
