Beautiful & Modern Condo Near OC LA Disneyland

This property is very nice, spacious, and well-maintained with quality furniture and necessities. The owner is responsive and accommodating. Location is in the middle of a lot of attractions, various stores, and great food spots. If Im ever back in the area, this property will be my first option! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable to live in! All appliances were new and high quality, kitchen was very spacious, and there is a great open floor plan for the living room and dining area which makes hosting dinners fun and engaging. I really enjoyed how the house was separated logically into different stories so there was very little noise travel if were in the bedroom and guests may be over. Central AC works wonderfully. Hardly hear neighbors at all. A lot of parking space as well as parking for guests! Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back if I can!

I spent a month at this townhouse and it was an absolute delight. Located right in the heart of town, it's peaceful and quiet yet close to everything you need. The townhouse was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The living room was the perfect spot to relax, and the kitchen was fully equipped for all my cooking needs. The beds were super comfy. The property also features a balcony. It was a great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or unwind in the evenings. It's clear a lot of thought has gone into making this space comfortable and inviting. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Any questions I had were quickly answered. The whole process from booking to check in was incredibly easy. This place has everything you need to be comfortable.

I was fortunate enough to stay at this property during 6/14/23 - 7/17/23. This place has a sleek and contemporary design that immediately makes you feel at home, not to mention the master bedroom thats both stylish and comfortable. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the host's exceptional hospitality. Their remarkable responsiveness and eagerness to accommodate ensured that my needs were consistently met throughout my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone in search of a top-tier furnished rental experience!

My stay at the house was delightful, thanks to its fantastic location, ample parking space, and the peaceful surroundings of a quiet neighborhood. The convenient location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions like Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, making it a perfect base for exploration. I visited many restaurants I have been eyeing in both orange county and la county. The neighborhood's tranquility provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience, making it a memorable stay overall.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The location couldn't have been more perfect right in the heart of OC & LA, making it incredibly convenient to explore both areas. Made it really convenient to visit my friends living in different parts of LA and OC! The highlight of my stay was the spacious master bedroom on the 3rd floor. The King bed was incredibly comfortable, and the dedicated workspace and smart TV were thoughtful additions for those mixing business with pleasure. The attached jack and jill private bathroom were clean and well-maintained. One thing that impressed me was the level of organization and consideration for guests' needs. Each guest had their specifically dedicated pantry, cabinet, fridge, and freezer space, ensuring that everyone's belongings were kept separate and easily accessible. Our dogs had a great time staying here as well as it was pretty quiet throughout our stay, overall highly recommend staying!

I had an absolute blast at this fantastic property! It's seriously the perfect spot right in the middle of OC & LA. Making it convenient to travel between both counties. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor was cozy with a comfy king bed, workspace, and smart TV. I loved having my pantry, cabinet, fridge, and freezer space. I was able to comfortably fit all my items within the provided space. Shared spaces on the 2nd floor were awesome with a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and balcony. The bonus was pro-cleaning and monthly restocking of living supplies. The place felt brand new every time they came and cleaned the place. Additionally, parking was easy with a spot in the garage. Guest parking is easily accessible through the street. The host was friendly and attentive. Overall, it's a convenient hub for OC & LA adventures. Comfy master bedroom, great shared areas, and a top-notch location. I had a blast and would definitely return! Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I needed a long term stay to visit family and handle some business in SoCal (we're from Bay Area) but couldn't find a reasonable priced place in the area until we found this place! Honestly, we didn't expect too much given it's price but it really felt like home for 4 months! The decor was modern, the furniture was clean and comfortable, we felt like it was a good area near everything in SoCal (Disneyland, LA, etc). Elton and Sonia were super accommodating and were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We didn't really have any major problems, but it was comforting to know it would be quickly handled. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable long-term stay in a great/convenient area of SoCal!
