This is a mother in law apartment in a daylight basement. We, the owners live in the residence upstairs and do not have animals or kids. There is noise from upstairs mostly from walking, we do try to be very quiet. It has a new king size Casper mattress, a full-size washer and dryer and new 50' tv. This is an established, diverse neighborhood. There is a park across the street with a wooded and paved trail. It is on the 132 bus line. We are close to many grocery stores and restaurants. There are several parks in a close range. There are three farmers markets within in easy reach. The beach can be accessed from several locations near the residence. The neighborhood itself is very walkable.

I absolutely loved my stay here! K & T are the sweetest and incredibly helpful with anything you may need. It is fully furnished and stocked with pretty much everything youd need. I work night shift and I was very impressed with how quiet it was, I rarely heard a thing. Its nestled in a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood which was perfect for me since I sleep during the day. There are security cameras on the property and I felt extremely safe during my entire stay here. Shopping, groceries, as well as the freeways, are incredibly close by which is super convenient. I had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking. You wont be disappointed.
I felt very lucky to found this property for my travel assignment in Burien. Well kept space by the wonderful owners K and T . It had all the amenities I needed: full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfy living room and bedroom. I felt very safe living there. There is a security camera above the stairwell to the apartment. The location is fantastic being close to where I worked and shopping places and access the the freeway. K and T were very quiet and willing to share their wealth of information as they have lived there for years and if you needed anything else they were glad to help out. I truly felt this was my home away from home during my travel assignment.

We are quiet landlords who work from home. In our off time we like to spend time with our family, hiking, road trips and travel abroad. Gardening and hiking are a couple of our favorite things to do when at home as well as BBQ in the backyard.
