Hot Tub Whole House 4 bedrooms Near Parks and Trails

This was such a fantastic property for my 3 roommates and I, with more than enough room for the 4 of us. In addition to the hot tub, another perk that we enjoyed was the cleaning service that came by once a month to clean the bathrooms and other common areas. The water did shut off automatically if a sink or shower remained on for around 20 minutes. This was fine most of the time, but there were a few days after a major snowstorm where the water was shutting off frequently. We received a reduced rent that month for those troubles. In general the pipes were sensitive, so there are a few more rules around water usage. Everything else in the house worked perfectly from appliances, utilities, etc. Overall, I was highly satisfied - this property definitely made my time in Denver a lot more enjoyable and I would highly recommend it. S was a very attentive host and was generally easy to get a hold of and communicate with when needed.
