Older split level mountain home with beautiful views. 20 minutes above Sonora, CA with quick access to hiking. 45 minutes to Murphys for wine tasting. 30 minutes to Pinecrest for swimming and boat rental. 30 minutes to downhill skiing in the winter months (Dodge Ridge).
You would have a guest room with a private bath. We would have the primary suite when we are in town.
Smart TV. Direct TV and ready to stream with your logon information.
Renting the spare room upstairs of the main house. We travel and will stay downstairs when we are in town. You will usually have exclusive use of the kitchen and a private shower bathroom.
Home is located in Soulsbyville, in the Willow Springs sub development. 10 minutes up the hill from Sonora, CA. Usually below the snow line and above the fog line. We are travelers, so usually the house will be all yours.
