Studio Apartment in the Heart of Historic Mendocino

This studio apartment is adorable and exactly what I was looking for. It was thoroughly stocked with everything I could ever possibly need. There was an abundance of cabinet space for my own personal items, and there was a loft area for extra storage. The access to the garage and a washer and dryer were definitely a plus. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well every night. The pull-down table was just the right size for eating or working on my laptop. There was a small stove and a Ninja Foodi 6-in-1 oven that was perfect for all my cooking needs. The bathroom had a good size stand-up shower, and when you open the bathroom window you can hear the sound of the waves crashing. The bluffs were a very short walk from the studio. So much amazing scenery there! I would go for a walk almost every single day. I could easily spend several hours on those trails and on the beaches. So beautiful! The town is small and cute and within walking distance from the studio. Great restaurants, a quaint Irish Pub, nice grocery store, and the locals were very friendly. And the family that owns this property is so amazing and friendly! I can't say enough about them! If there were any issues, they immediately responded and resolved them quickly. They were so pleasant to talk to, and I would stay at their rental again without a doubt!!

Lovely owners and awesome place! I stayed for 7 months while working at the hospital and everything was exactly what I needed to be comfortable. They provide a plethora of linens, kitchen utensils, apartment sized fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker , bathroom with shower and everything else one would need for comfortable living. Having a washer and dryer onsite and access to a garage make it so much nicer because it rains a lot during the winter. A short walk up the street leads you to town where you can wander the shops and eat great food if you dont like to cook and a short walk down the street leads you to the headlands and the most amazing sunsets. With current construction it took around 20 minutes max to get to the hospital and add a few minutes more to get into the downtown Fort Bragg and more shops and restaurants. I loved my comfortable stay and will definitely ask if available if I ever come back to work there!

The M's were very hospitable which always makes your stay away from home comfortable. Very peaceful, serene environment, perfect for after a long day at work. The unit was very modern and clean, and I definitely recommend renting from this family.
