I have owned and lived here for 9 years and love it. I am pediatric anesthesiologist who now works for a medical education technology company; as a result, I travel quite a bit so many times I am not around.

My condo is next to Central Park, 2 blocks from Morningside Park, and less than a 15 minute walk to Columbia University. It is well-maintained and extremely warm and welcoming - in other words, it feels like an actual home....

The rent is for the larger of the guest rooms I have, assuming 1 person. If you would like to discuss pricing for access to the smaller bedroom or 2 people in the larger bedroom, I'm very happy to do so. I love my neighborhood and have lived here for nearly 9 years. I am in Harlem, but right next to Central Park on the west side - there are tons of public trans, restaurants, coffee shops, and overall quiet.
