We have a very quiet and private property. Fire pit out back when fires are permitted. Can also bbq in pit or grill.
You must love cats! I have 3 very loving cats they will like you and love you or leave you alone. The house is small but we all get along fabulously. If you work in the park or hospital. We are 5 miles from hospital and 3 miles from parks north entrance.
This cabin is a delightful space away from the hussle and bussle of downtown. Everything is within walking distance and biking is delightful. The bedroom is private with shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and sunroom. I am a private person and keep myself quite busy. So no need to interrupt you unless you so wish to be social. Imagine living in a fairy tale..well, living in this house would definitely be something very similar to it!! Our stay was wonderful in this cabin. It is located in the perfect spot in the city; you can walk into the downtown in 15minutes, but if you look out your window you're gonna see beautiful mountains with no buildings in front of you. Aand even more, we saw soo many animals from the cabin's windows. Tons of elks, deers, linx, coyotes, cottontails and so on. The cabin was perfect for the two of us; there was a huge place to cook inside, there was a firepit in the backyard, and we could park with our car right in the backyard. Which was very cool. The Landlord is such a wonderful woman, very-very helpful, and soo friendly. (We had dinner together several times) Thank you!!
Great place, great host. Clean comfortable and most importantly very livable. Host is great. Very responsive but gives privacy. Easily bribed with a mushroom and spinach pizza from Antonios.

I have lived in Estes since 1976. I came here after the flood to help with whatever needed to be done. I have run a Waldorf Kintergarten for 26 yrs and decided 15 yrs ago to build a real school house. Which when I took a sabbatical from teaching I would rent out. And who better than professionals like myself.
