I guess the best part of my house is the vibe. Its comfortable and warm.
I love all my awesome neighbors I have. of course my full size pool!
I also love my backyard exercise equipment. Open to sharing of course.
My house is spacious. Its comfortable and always clean, at least the common areas. Kitchen, bathrooms, TV room ect.

The room is one of 3 rooms in my home. It isnt huge but it is cozy and comfortable. It is in my home that I occupy with my roomate Red And its perfect for the price with utilities include, 2 door closet that has plenty of space for 1 person. Window, ceiling fan and plenty of drawer space.
Im not sure of the square footage its medium sized. The restroom is shared.
