850 foot from the ocean. Fully fenced yard that is extremely landscaped. Fruit trees. Rains quite frequently. Crashing waves put you to sleep. You have your own lanai. Deep tiled tub/ shower with unlimited hot water. We do have three very friendly dogs.

Have a 2003 VW Beetle for rent at $25 a day

Space

Accept payments thru Apple. You will have your own private on suit , your own personal lanai. Plenty of closet space. Privacy on opposite ends of the house.There is a second room next to the first with a separate bathroom across the hall. If both rooms are rented by the same person the fee for both is $2300 and security deposit goes to $1500. (Deposit fee is refundable if no damages found).
