Quiet Cozy Cottage

I stayed in Johns unit for 6 months during a travel contract, and it honestly felt like a little sanctuary. From the moment I walked in, I could feel how much love and care he put into the space: cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. It instantly felt like home. The unit didnt feel like it was attached to a house; it felt like its own quiet little home, complete with a sweet porch where I could unwind. John is the kindest, most genuine landlord Ive ever had warm, respectful, and quick to respond to any text or call. I always felt safe, cared for, and at ease. Everything I needed was already there all appliances included I never had to buy anything besides food. The location was also super convenient, close to the hospital and peaceful walking trails. If youre considering staying here, dont hesitate. Its a lovingly maintained home, hosted by someone who truly cares. Im so grateful for my time here.

John and Debbie go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. The small details such as enough storage, a comfortable bed, kitchen supplies, your own way to control temperature, treats from their garden, bathroom supplies, and a fully functioning kitchen are what make this place stand out. They are both very kind people and strike a perfect balance between being friendly and respecting boundaries. It can feel vulnerable to be in a new space but they make you feel welcome. We are really sad that we couldn't stay longer and enjoyed our conversations with them.

I worked as travel RN and rented this apartment for several months and would stay here longer if I could. The rental has everything you could need with a stocked kitchen with nice appliances along with a washer and dryer. Large bathroom with a great shower and the most comfortable bed. I felt 100% safe in this home and in the neighborhood. I worked at Providence and it took me less than 10 mins to get to work and I believe this place would be convenient to all of the hospitals in the area. J makes the whole experience of living here perfect. He is available and responsive if you need anything and very respectful of your space. Although it is an attached unit you feel like you have a really quiet and private home. J has done a wonderful job with how he has this place set up. If I could give it more than five stars I would! If you are looking for a rental in this area I highly recommend this apartment.

J and D are excellent hosts for many reasons; somehow the unit itself, with its amenities and front yard, is the star of the show. The yard is enclosed, very generous size, and well-maintained. The entryway, porch, and view from the unit are open and private. The rental is very safe and dog friendly to all breed sizes with ample opportunity for exercise both within and outside the property. My contract was canceled early and I ended up recuperating here for a month, as their first resident. The spacious unit is well-stocked to make it feel like a full home; again, see the amenities section of the FF advert. J is a great listener, a respectful and welcoming landlord; very conscientious of boundaries. Closeby: Thankfully and practically, necessary stores for motor/bicycles, hardware, printing services, gas stations, grocery stores, and more. Only $10 Uber to DT. Great neighborhood market that seems fancy, but is reasonably priced and supports local vendors.
