Trendy Burlington arts district. Walking distance to everything downtown and a block from the lakefront bike path. Great coffee and eats in this block, 5 min drive to UVM.

I had an incredible stay at this home while working a contract at UVM. I felt at home the moment I walked through the door. The location could not be any better for exploring downtown Burlington. You can see Lake Champlain from the window, the fully paved, miles long Greenway is only a block and a half away, and the summer farmers market and Get Down are an easy 10 minute walk. There are so many excellent restaurants and shops within a few block radius. The house itself has plenty of space for a single person or couple. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, good wifi, and a private parking pad. The blackout curtains in the bedroom made sleeping during the day (too) easy! The landlord is very attentive and really cares about the property. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hello! I've lovingly renovated this 1860s historic home and yard/gardens over the past 20 years and am now moving on to live with a new partner, and looking forward to sharing my home. I'm a health care provider who cares deeply about the environment and believes we are responsible to one another to make the world a better place. You'll find solar on the rooftop, compost in the garden, and a friendly landlord in me! My longterm tenants in the other side of this side-by-side duplex are likewise friendly, hard-working Burlingtonians.
