Old Town Arvada ADU LOFT

My husband & I stayed in A and B's ADU this Jan-June and loved it! The location is very convenient as it is walking distance to Ole Town Arvada (great restaurants, shops, delicious German bakery, the train to the Airport or downtown Denver etc.), it's a great area for runners (my husband trained for his marathon here and loved the area), and it's just a short drive to grocery stores, gym, and a day trip to lots of cool places to hike/camp! The unit itself was clean, spacious, well put together, and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of extra storage room under the stairs for us both. The only thing we didn't love was the low ceiling in the loft area because you cannot stand up there. However, this truly did not bother us very much. We are both short and really only went up there to sleep. We usually hung out in the living room space, which has 2 comfy couches. A & B are very kind and quick to respond if ever we had any issues, & their dogs are sweet!

The house is very close to highway, very easy to go to Denver downtown to see a game or the mountains to ski. I can walk to the olde town Arvada to go to different restaurants, bars , coffee shops and cinema. It is very close to grocery stores, gyms, Costco and Lowe's. As a digital nomad, the studio has enough space for me to set up an office, a big kitchen for me to cook without losing space to have an entertainment area to watch TV and work out. The hosts are awesome, they take care the house and yard very well, they are also very easy going, we hangout a lot when I was in Denver. They also respect your privacy a lot , make me feel like I live in a single family house. Highly recommend!
