Quiet, spacious, newly renovated loft within walking distance of Tower Grove Park and the botanical Gardens. Conveniently close to Highway 44 and within 3 miles of 4 major hospitals.

This was an amazing find! In the perfect spot for every hospital and school in the area and amazing neighborhood near the botanical garden, and Tower Grove park that has many events and farmers markets going on throughout the week. It is a very safe neighborhood and many of the neighbors go for walks and are very friendly. My fiance and I stayed here and couldn't recommend it more! There are grocery stores nearby and great things to do with friends whether it be near the Manchester area night life to the multitudes of coffee shops and local businesses just a 10 min walk away through the park. It is also nearby the Italian neighborhood of The Hill which has some great spots for Italian food or pizza (I would recommend Pizzeria de Gloria!). Adam and Brittany were great owners of the unit and always communicated well and were friendly and respectful.

I was in St. Louis for my very first travel assignment, and was fortunate to find this place! The couple I rented from are lovely people, and easy to get in contact with. The location of the apartment is awesome, and I felt very safe here. I was able to park out back behind the house. Overall, it's very clean, spacious and bright. Quiet neighborhood. If I make it back to St. Louis in the future, I'd be more than happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
