I was a contract worker at Carson Tahoe hospital. I found N's travel trailer on furnishedfinder; it was my first choice. I like to have the kitchen, fridge, bathroom, all to myself. Nancy would texted me once a week or two to ask if I needed anything. The hot water in the shower, because of the trailer hot water tank, is good for about 5 - 8 minutes. After that, i would stop the water, wait for a 20 seconds or so, then the water would get hot again. It's a travel trailer so i expected it. Bed is very comfortable, lots of ceiling lights, furnace worked well too. I brought my own radiant heater. N also provide a electric heater. When I arrive on the first day, it was right after the first winter snow storm, water hose from the main house to trailer froze. N put me in the hotel close to the hospital. She replaced the water hose with a electric heated water hose after the first week. Trailer has a fresh water tank, so I moved back in the next day.

This was definitely a cozy camper. Everything you need for a nice stay was there; Kitchen utensils, bathroom toiletries, tv w netflix, a small heater for cold nights. Shower worked fine, and the bed was really comfortable as well. Plenty of closet space to store your belongings. Although these things make a nice stay, it was the host Nancy, that really made the stay great. She was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure to let me know that if I needed anything, not to hesitate to call or text her. 5 stars. I would stay here again.
