Private Bed/Bath in House - East Denver

I'll be out of town Fab 15-March 15, so the common spaces will be all yours during those 4 weeks.
Your room and private bathroom are in the basement, but the room has a large egress window making it feel very above ground ;)
There is a queen bed, desk, small TV, two small bookcases, a five drawer dresser and closet with hangers.
The backyard has ample seating with a garden, hammock, pool (in the summer), two grills, two fire pit...
