A charismatic , well taken care of Dutch Colonial home. Full of decor from world travels and replete with furniture handcrafted by the owner. Custom large sauna built into 3 season flagstone porch on the back of home. The bedrooms are all on the second floor, all with keys separate keys for each room. Bathroom is shared, there is a full bathroom in the basement as well.
Beautiful, safe, walkable and quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets and heritage homes throughout. Walking distance to 100 acre Bever Park and the neighborhood itself has two small corner parks for kids. Vernon Heights' character is by far the best Cedar Rapids has to offer!

Very nice neighborhood. Close to both hospitals and downtown. Good size room, and kitchen. WiFI speed good online work and movie streaming.
Great house in a safe and well kept neighborhood! Bedroom is a great size with a comfortable size and a closet space. Theres a downstairs living room with a ROKU tv and a couch to use any time! The owner makes you feel welcomed and helps with anything you may need and is open to requests to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely recommend if youre staying the area.
