Upstairs bedroom with private bathroom

M was accommodating to my lease needs. I stayed in the room on the first floor. It had garage access with its own private bathroom. You feel like you are living in your own apartment. There was plenty of space in the room. Clean comfortable bed and sheets. 50 inch Roku tv on the wall. Fast wifi, I could download an 80gb game in 10 minutes. Hot clean water. I experienced no issues during my stay. The house is located in a neighborhood directly behind QVMC. You could walk there in 5 mins or less. The kitchen had plenty of space for my food. Washer and dryer upstairs. Plenty of parking on the side streets. I met a few of the neighbors, they were nice. Friendly people walking their dogs on the street. There are a few huge persimmon trees in the back patio. M told me to help myself. If you are lucky to be there when they are in season, then enjoy! I also got my security deposit back with no issues the day I moved out.
