Brand New Boutique Apartment!

R&B are the best very kind and inviting couple. Place is perfect. Walk to get groceries, coffee, dinner, breakfast, farmers market, park, and everything else you need. Everything in the home is pristine and is stocked with everything you need. Super safe neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment in the heart of West Seattle. It is light and bright with an open floor plan. I appreciated the French doors that open to a well appointed patio that just soaks in the sun. R and B have thought of every last detail to make this apartment extremely attractive and comfortable. Everything in the apartment is brand new and top notch. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable. I love the bedroom being in the back to take advantage of less sun with the other rooms (kitchen/living area) getting lots of light. This is a very quiet neighborhood with no street/traffic noise. The apartment is completely separated and private. Even though R and B live above, it is so well insulated and positioned that you won't know that unless you make an effort to reach out to them. And by the way, they are both absolutely wonderful and will be there to help you with anything you need or answer questions about the area.

I was fortunate to be able to spend the night here during a mid-summer night during a visit to Seattle. The owners have done an amazing job, in all respects, in developing this apartment. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious, so no problem making meals for yourself or for friends. There also is an excellent computer work space that is quiet and has plenty of light that filters through during the daylight hours. I give this apartment a strong recommendation.

I am from the area and try to get to Seattle in the summers for my birthday. This year, we stayed at this beautiful property! So easy to get to, great (safe!) neighborhood, and the owners thought of everything. The unit has high-end appliances and everything you could think of to make your stay perfect. If you're cooking and eating in, the kitchen is well-equipped and there is a wonderful eating nook. The glass door to the outside and lots of windows allow a ton of natural light and you can enjoy your private patio. Having a spot to park our car directly out back was perfect, but street parking was also readily available. The windows open to breathe in that beautiful PNW fresh air and there are also your own AC/Heat split units so you can control the temperature. There is also a fan and extra bedding, should you need it. The bathroom is perfect for one or two--my husband and I shared it beautifully. You'll also find state-of-the-art shower fixtures and luscious towels. You'll love it!
