We rented this property sight unseen since we were living out of state. We were pretty nervous if it was going to match the photos or not. The hosts were extremely helpful and explained the area, neighborhood, house and town well to help us feel at ease. When we got to the home, it was exactly like the photos. The house literally has everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The hosts were always available if needed and were very accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It's super conveniently located between downtown Maryville and downtown Knoxville. There is a vegetable garden in the yard and we got tons of vegetables while there. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a safe, peaceful, clean place to stay. My favorite thing to do was to sit on the front porch and drink my morning coffee and watch the hummingbirds fly around. Highly recommend!
