This is an incredible home, in a great neighborhood, stellar location/close to shopping and multiple highways. Very safe and clean home. The best part about the home is the owner! She is very friendly, nice, trustworthy, and fun! Teresa does not get into your business, but will joyfully play games with you or share a meal when asked. The swimming pool is large and Amazing! I highly recommend this rental.

I have lived in this house about 20 years. 16 years as a tenant and 4 as owner. It's a 2 story house that I live in the lower floor with all my own amenities. I do not use any portion of the upstairs 3 br/ 2 bath house. I like to work in the yard and enjoy the pool with family and friends in the summer for BBQs.
