Best part of this property is that it is located in the forest, lots of animals (deer, quail, squirrels, and birds). It is very peaceful and zen. I am a very down to earth and peaceful person. I get along with everyone and make friends very easily. The oceanview is very soothing and there is a nice patio with comfy chairs to sit on and read.
