This is a nice updated home in a quiet neighbor hood. Adjacent to a golf course community with a guard shack that is manned in the evening. Surrounded on the back and one side by vacant wooded lots. Neighbor is not there much and is a great guy as well. We were there 6 months and really enjoyed it.
