About the landlord
Theresa
We own a small resort in Southern Baja www.bajasresortateastcape.com and destination businesses at www.bajasawesome.com. We have been in Hailey for 40+ years, but Theresa's focus for 22 years has been in Baja. Shaun sold his established landscaping and snow removal business three years ago and now together we are in Baja nearly full time except for hurricane season from August 10 - October 10. Every other year we like to come to our home for the Christmas holidays and host our family.
