Rustic Chic Apartment

When we moved in, everything was broken..dishwasher, freezer, air-conditioning, bathroom shower faucets, hole in wall in bathroom, water damage under the sinks, and clogged disposal. The place was not clean at all. The realiter hired a couple to come clean. I had to spot clean when they left. There were no cleaning supplies, a dirty old-fashioned mop and pail and dirty vacuum. The kitchen was not fully supplied, not even a canopener. (Sorry, took all appliances and cleaners with me.) Once everything was fixed and clean, the appartment was really nice. Too bad it is located in such a ghetto complex. The complex is definitely NOT quiet. The balcony faces a dumpster, literally just across on the other side of the roadway, that is always overflowing and smells. If you keep the balcony door open, you are welcome, we hdd a screen put in, you can smell "skunk." There is no deposit, no one cleans, no manager lives on site, so no control over what goes on. Nice appartment, wrong complex.
