The landlord seems to have had very little experience managing properties/dealing with renters and it showed several times throughout my time here. I made the mistake of not looking at the photos closely prior to moving in and the duplex had a lot more issues with it than initially thought. Several windows wouldn't open at all, or fell off the hinges, missing/broken blinds etc, house flooded while I was away camping etc. the biggest saving grace were my upstairs neighbors who were incredible.

Im sorry for your bad experience! We strive to help our tenants as much as possible! Some things we cannot help such as old plumbing that cannot handle things like feminine products! The landlord intends to upgrade the windows but at the moment it is not something they can afford. When your unit flooded we compensated you for your time lost and any damages to your personal property, we also fixed the issue and replaced all the flooring within 5 days to reduce your inconvenience! Your dog chewed our brand new leather couch and we required the minimum compensation from you, in fact, we just took it from your security deposit. You were not an easy tenant to deal with. your dog was horribly behaved, and you took things from our unit. Thank you for your public feedback!
