Quiet, Clean & Comfy -Hlthcare Prof or Students

I had a wonderful 3 month experience staying at this safe, clean and comfy home during my clinical rotation. Chrystal is an exceptional host very warm and kind and goes up and beyond to be helpful with any needs. Great location - near Sawgrass shopping complex and Whole Foods. I would definitely recommend for short or long term stays.

I stayed at this property for a little over a month during my medical school rotations and it was a fantastic stay. The room and house were kept very clean and had all the utilities you would need for a comfortable stay. C, the host, is incredibly kind and thoughtful. I would recommend to any traveler looking to stay in the area.

This property had everything I needed. The host was very gracious. Location is close to the hospital I work at and convenient for commutes as it is not far from the expressway. An overall excellent stay exceeding standards of other housing accommodations.

Staying in Cs townhouse for my final semester of medical school was a great experience! I was impressed by the cleanliness and thoughtful organization of the space. Despite being a newbie to this rental app, any hesitation melted away as C's hosting far surpassed my expectations. My room had everything I needed even a nice balcony. The convenience of a washer, dryer, and laundry essentials made life infinitely easier. Sharing a bathroom with another tenant was seamless after discussing our schedules and thanks to C's attention to detail in maintaining the house. C provided essential cookware and utensils and also went above and beyond by offering ample fridge space. She even offered giving rides when I found myself without transportation. The home is in family neighborhood and the location felt incredibly safe. My experience was a solid 5/5. I recommend her place to any fellow medical professionals or students looking for a place to stay!
