I paid a security deposit that was stated as refundable on this website, and in the contract agreement, however the landlord DID NOT pay back my deposit. I left the room as I found it. No stains or damages occurred during my stay. I have screenshots of all of the payments I made ON TIME each month (via venmo). The landlord is NOT credible and should NOT be lisiting properites. Yes the house is nice and big, and close to the hospital I was contracted to, but I would NOT stay here again if I was paid to live here. Nope nope nope.
