Very nice & welcoming home. Landlord, tenants, and neighbors are friendly & respectful. Close to downtown, but far enough where its quiet. Safe & clean home as well as the neighborhood. Would stay again, thank you!

I have stayed in this house for the better part of a year and Pat has been a fantastic host. The room is quite comfortable and with access to the entire house. I cannot say enough about it. It's bright and sunny during the day and mostly very quiet. The addition of a second bathroom has made it even easier for all. The only reason I'm leaving is my contract has expired and I must move on. One of the best places I've had the chance to stay in as a travel tech at the local hospital. If I should get the chance to return to Concord Hosppital, that would be the first person I tried to contact to get a room !!!
