    I have 2 children one lives nearby and another lives with me. I work full time M-F 9-5, and my work is very close to home. I usually stay home evening and weekend, taking care of house. It is very quiet neighborhood and everyone know each other in this block. My house sits on the hill side and have a gorgeous view of the city. I have a housekeeper, she comes every 2 weeks to clean the entire house including the rooms that I rent out. I always try house clean and tidy, and that's what I expect from tenant, too.
