This property is nice, clean and as pictured. The unit has just about every thing you need. K and P are wonderful and thoughtful. Both made sure I had everything I needed and I appreciated their concern for my safety during my travel during the wintery weather. The place is right behind SSM Waupun Hospital and less than 20 minutes from Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam. Near by are several gas stations, Dollar General, Piggly Wiggly, Walgreens, laundromat is approximately 3 minutes away.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Very Safe. Right behind Waupon hospital. 25 min from Beaver Dam. Bed comfortable. e Everything you need is there. Kellie is so thoughtful. Very receptive and answers any questions immediately. Would stay again if opportunity presents itself !

This property was truly a slice of peace and tranquillity while I did clinical rotations in Beaver Dam and Waupun. K and P were amazing landlords/hosts. The space is beautifully decorated, quiet, and spacious. Includes kitchen ware and bathroom towels. You have your own parking space in the driveway or on the street if you prefer. This property is a mere 1 block from SSM Waupun Hospital and several blocks from Dodge Correctional Institution. Waupun is an easy 20 minutes from Beaver Dam and 30 minutes to Ripon or Fond Du Lac.

This place is a gem. Conveniently located. Hosts P and K are the nicest people in the world. Very outgoing people. You will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Perfect size, everything you need.
