Stayed here for 6 months during my contract in KC and would definitely stay again if ever in the area. The landlord was great, even shoveled snow and put salt down for me when there was a big snowstorm. The place was comfortable and quiet which was important since I worked nights and was a day sleeper. The neighborhood felt very safe and there was a lot to do in the surrounding areas. Monsteras bookstore was one of my favorite places that I found in KC. Would definitely recommend.
