    Mark and I purchased this 3-unit apartment house in 2006 when our son was attending NMU in order to assist him with his off-campus housing expenses. I was a special education teacher in Detroit and my husband, Mark, was a steelworker. We have held onto the house over the years since we have fallen in love with the area.
