Awesome Apt - Walk to DT/F&M Arena/APSU

We rented this charming little apartment for a month to be with our daughter after the birth of her baby. The owner could not have been more friendly or helpful! The apartment is well maintained and within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants. The owner was incredibly responsive with any issue that arose and very quick to address them. We could not have been more pleased. Looking forward to staying with them again very soon.

5 stars all the way around! The space exceeded my every expectation and Kelly was a phenomenal host- she was quick to answer any concerns or questions I had. One (if not the best) FF hosts Ive stayed with during my 2.5 years of traveling! Thanks yall!!!

I really regret the fact that I had to leave! Upon requesting the 2 month stay I thought it was going to be just another place to lay my head down, get up, go to work, come back, sleep and repeat. I was wrong! When you arrive The Yard, Plenty of parking, Charm of the House, security features, furniture, appliances and the great central location in Clarksville all work together to give you the Welcome Home" feeling everyday you arrive after a long busy day at work. Comfortable is the biggest word here! On days off you can enjoy the couches, grill, fire pit YES outside fire pit to relax in the city. Back inside you also have plenty of WiFi for computers and to stream shows off your account on either of the Televisions. I came home everyday after the daily grind and felt like I came home. You close those doors and relax. I was lucky enough to receive a tour of the entire home. Fantastic job done to have 4 worlds live under 1 roof. You will not regret staying under this roof.
