Inside the room, there's a wide dresser, a desk with an office chair and a full bed mattress complete with its own sheets, blankets, and pillows. We provide baseboard/portable heating and portable air conditioning. You'll be sharing the bathroom with 2 other guests.

I am looking for a housemate (1-2), who cleans up after themselves, doesn't do drugs (smoking, vaping, pot), doesn't have pets, knows how to lock a door, and doesn't have overnight guests. My house is within walking distance to Gonzaga and Downtwom Spokane. The house is very near a city bus stop and Safeway. Most people take the city bus or drive. The house is co-ed (1 female, 2 male). My house is fully furnished, so you'll only need to bring your personal belongings and hygienic items. Max tenant ooccpany is 4-5. Rent is $800 a month, ultilities included, complementary Wifi.
