While my initial stay in the rented room on Patricia's property went smoothly, thanks to a respectful and peaceful arrangement with the house manager, my experience deteriorated significantly when Patricia returned. The tiny house I was promised was delayed without notice, and she was invasive and overbearing during my final weeks, constantly monitoring my actions and repeating unnecessary reminders. Her preparations for selling the house created a chaotic and unpleasant living environment. These behaviors made the last part of my stay extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend renting from Patricia unless her communication and respect for personal space improves.
