This property in Wilmington was amazing! Very clean apartment that felt safe and in a great neighborhood. It is centrally located and only 10 mins to Wrightsville Beach. The owners are great people and had the place clean and tidy upon arrival. I am a solo female traveler and felt very safe in the property and walking the neighborhood. The apartment is clean, updated and has everything you will need. I would 10/10 recommend and will stay here again if I am ever back in the area!

My 3 month stay at Jim and Annes property was wonderful! They are exceptionally accommodating hosts but also allow for you to have privacy. The apartment was charming and had everything I needed upon my arrival. The neighborhood is gorgeous and conveniently located which is an added bonus!
