Newly remodeled, 100 year old, 3 bedroom house in charming neighborhood near hospitals, downtown and Wright Park. In the other direction, we are walking distance to many shops and restaurants on 6th Avenue. The Tacoma waterfront is amazing and is about 2 miles away. I have one bicycle available for use at this time.

I have 3 large bedrooms available. 2 bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom/ shower and one bedroom on the main level. Main level has one bathroom with bath/shower. Lots of closet space!
I occasionally stay in a room in the basement to do maintenance.
Residential neighborhood near downtown, Wright Park, and most hospitals. Near shops and restaurants on 6th ave. About 2 miles to Tacoma waterfront.

This property has been absolutely amazing. We have loved our stay here. It is very close to Tacoma General which has been convenient for my schooling. In addition to that S the landlord has been quick to respond, proactive, and friendly. It is in a great location that feels safe. The house is cozy and well decorated. Overall it has been a wonderful stay.
