She is an old shotgun house that was completly remodeled by my wife and I. We were Natural Design / Builders and that is reflected on the interior space. Adobe floors, Natural adobe plaster and paints. Custom built (by us) natural edge slab counter top. Our home is both cozy and comfortable and 4 blocks to downtown and 1 block to safeway. What can we say. The location does'nt get much better than this. Close enogh to downtown (and it's shops, restaurants, entertainment and coffee) to crawl yet far enough to avoid the madness.

Terri and Greg were amazing to rent from! They were communicative, respectful, and very accommodating. We loved this little casa, as it was so cozy, unique, and in the best location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and great music. 10/10!

All the reasons to visit and live in Salida are all the reasons why we have called Salida home since 1994. We like to do everything that this area offers. Mainly cyclists and travelers. We have toured the entire West Coast, Portugal, the entire Great Lakes region, New England, snd most recently the Baja Peninsula. and many other small tours around our state and country. We are always looking forward to our next adventure. We are also Grand Parents to 6 wonderful Grand Children.
